some days actually most days… I really thank my stars… sometimes for being so lucky to have such an amazing husband which is the sweetest Pappa to our beautiful little girls which I am so lucky to have… sometimes for having such incredible friends that have such love for life just as we do… and a lot of time I really feel so lucky to live in such paradise and to appreciate things so much!
Our dear friends invited us to go on a fun boat ride for Father’s Day! The weather was amazing.. water so blue and calm and clear… everyone was happy!

the sound here at this bird sanctuary was the best! lots of tweets, squawks, and honks… so busy these beautiful creatures are! the mamma pelicans feeding their babies… little baby ospreys popping their heads from their nests… This was so great for the kids to see…
Ashley & the kids at the sandbar strolling and looking for crabs and sea urchins… found a bunch… little itty bitty sand crabs tickling little one’s hands as they curiously hold back giggles… so wonderful!

on our way to the Salty Dog cafe… baby Cecilia fell so cuddly to sleep on me… the rhythm of the waves and the salty breezes was enough to make this little cupcake very tired… and me too! It’s so great when they fall asleep on us… so safe and calm… they just fit so, and can somehow wiggle their ways in to find that special place that us Mammas wish they could stay for hours… days…. weeks!
