There is this little island close by… it’s such a fun trip to pack up some picnic, bring some bathing suits, towels, and hats, and away we go…. turn off phones, turn off business… just pure family fun!
we went with Farmor & Farfar as well… it was their last weekend here before heading back to Sweden… so we wanted to send them off in a fun wayyy!!!

just spent the day at the beach, then strolling the island, finding all sorts of fun trails… and little dogs… little parks, gardens, fun styles of homes, and lots of people on their bicycles enjoying this gorgeous weather… lots of saying hellos and the littlest one waving at every one passing by……
lots of fishermen casting their lines… catching oodles of fish, so happy was every one as they pulled a hand full of gutsy bait and hooked it on their poles… weeeeeeeeh!
when we crossed this little bridge here it gave me goosebumps! It reminded me so much of the massive rocks in Italy which we visited 2 1/2 years ago… I remember hiking through these cliffs looking down into the Mediterranean Sea in total awe… and here is a mini version … gives me the goosebumps just the same… but still miss those Italian tomatoes…. 🙂

our little silly head… hanging by the shore… sometimes on little one’s after smearing on the sun block and all the tears, and all the sand in every crack stuck just so …. the last thing you want to do is squeeze their cheeky little bodies into annoying bikinis…. so instead we go naturalle…. whew!!!
we were just gazing out watching the dolphin put on such a show for us! jumping, playing, I think enjoying us humans watch and ooooh and ahhh…. lovely!
good night sweet baby… nice spot for a nap…..
