Just another day in paradise…..
we had one of those days yesterday… the kind you sorta wish will never end…..
Pappa and I work from home most of the week which is just perfect… we hardly miss a thing and spend time together and time with our children… we love it and realize just how lucky we truly are… we don’t take it for granted and we soak it all up to the rim…
This day for sure was one of those perfect days… The sun finally came out and warmed us all up to the core. We had our lunch outside which was quite light… just some smoothies and we shared some avocados … but it was enough. Isabelle was in preschool which gave us some time to just be with our littlest… sometimes that is nice… of course near the end we cannot help but miss our eldest…
so there we were sitting on our bistro table in the sunlight…
we listened to the tiniest little finches tweeting about and noticed how so many of our flowers survived the frost… We said hello to neighbors out peddling by on their bikes… and hello to those walking their dogs… and of course a friendly hello to the mailman…
we held our heads to the sun and warmed our faces and closed our eyes and couldn’t help but exhale with an ahhhhh………
then we were off to finishing up some edits and calling some clients… we felt rested and well and very very lucky…..
